World of Witchcraft (4.1)

Cards: Golem, Witch, Mini Pekka, Musketeer, Ice Spirit, Poison, Zap, Elixir Collector

Decksplanation: At 10 elixir, drop the elixir collector down to start generating some resources. If you don’t have the collector at first – play defense until you can cycle to it; otherwise, you will feel short on elixir. Defend with Mini Pekka, Musk, Musketeer, and Ice Spirit. At 10 elixir again, drop the Golem behind the King tower. At almost full elixir again, drop the Witch behind the Golem. Witch (and it’s summoned Skeletons), in this deck is a support unit that assists your Golem in getting to the tower. Poison should be used to take out barbarians and spread out troops. Minions/Minion Horde should be Zapped immediately so that your Witch kills them in one shot, and you have a huge elixir advantage trade. Don’t be afraid to use the Ice Spirit to cycle and assist the Witch/Golem push. Witch and its Skeletons can do massive damage when the target they are killing is frozen for two whole seconds! BOOM!

In the episode, we say AEC is 4.3 – 4.3 was based on Royal Deck Builder’s calculation, which has the musketeer at 5 elixir for some reason… false. Good catch Rodocoloco!!

Cards: PEKKA, 3 Musketeers, Fireball, Zap, Elixir Collector, Barbarians, Goblins, Spear Goblins

Decksplanation: At 10 elixir, drop the elixir collector down to start generating some resources. If you don’t have the collector at first – play defense until you can cycle to it; otherwise, you will feel short on elixir. Defend with the Barbarians, Goblins, and Spear Goblins.  After that, you have one of two ways to play the deck. Options one and two can be alternated each cycle push, which will make your strategy difficult to read. Also, your opponent will have less time to react, since your push is not consistent each time. They won’t be as “ready” for it when you switch it up:

Option 1: Drop the PEKKA down first, behind the King tower. Once you have 10 elixir again, drop the 3 Musketeers down behind the PEKKA in the same lane it is attacking. Once this combination is down, be ready with your Fireball/Zap combination to ensure you get some good value and clear the lane for your current push. This is a deadly combination that makes it very difficult for your opponent to stop. Drop the goblins or spear goblins to assist the musketeers and prevent them from dying quickly.

Option 2: Drop the 3 Musketeers behind the King tower so that they split up and have two go on one lane, and one go down the other. When you have 10 elixir again (or when the musks are close to the river), create a split push, by dropping the PEKKA on the side with the one musketeer. Then drop the spear goblins/goblins on the other lane.

I’ve been listening since the beginning when I first started playing this game and wondered if there was a podcast. I would really like to join one of your clans if you get an opening after resets. PS – A great legendary card would be a combination of the valkyrie and the hog rider. Just imagine your opponent’s face as the hog races to his tower and the valkyrie is swinging her sword from the back, cleaning out his defences. I would name it the V-Hog.

I absolutely love this podcast. The guys have great chemistry. The production value is amazing. Very informative and I’m sure you’ve made many players better just by listening. My only complaint would be in the inconsistent schedule. Minor complaint though. Still love you guys. BOOM!
